I think it will need approving as there is a 'X' next to coherent weight.

Decent climb though, enjoyed it, especially now I have a fan which makes a difference to my power and heart rate

Cheesed off. Had Slovenska and Glandon to do today before my night shift to complete the league. 50 minutes into the Glandon and going well, I got the lost connection message. Lost all motivation after that. Grrrr!!!

Doing Disaster Recovery tests on a phone system until 8pm, enjoy the race all. I wont even be able to watch

Parcel force arrived today with a shiney Vortex Smart so I couldn't resist a crack at 2 Top 100 climbs and a wee dirt track ride I found just to see what it's all about.

The ride may not be real, but the sweat, pain, maybe tears and the 196 max hr (mine is 204!) on The Shelf - Wales - WERE VERY REAL..
