Well that was interesting to watch. Alan C, Bill and Rick going hammer and tongs for the last 3 miles. With Alan making the decisive move with about 600 metres to go.

Great race guys. The small hills were still the thing that kills me and allows the goats to pull away. Surprised how close it was!

that's how I felt at first. Bill takes off like a scalded cat so I've got into the habit of doing the same and trying to gold on as long as possible.

Works well on the velodrome in order to try and gain a lap quickly then draft!
