Try un-installing the Bsim app and re installing from the bkool website. It felt different to start off then settled down again - the latest update is definitely harder but is probably the most accurate it's ever been.

1-2-3 for the Chain Gang!!!:wahhey::wahhey::wahhey:
I think that is a first (apart from chain gang races of course)
You deserve your pat on the back Rick. Nice big buffer between you and the pack.:smile:

Jonbon. Brilliant and well deserved win!!! I tried to pull you in on numerous occasions but you had an answer each time.:cycle:

Thanks guys :blush: :okay:
I planned on a steady ride tonight but when i saw Bill & Rick's lights disappearing in the distance like a ferrari i had to fire up the old diesel engine and give chase ^_^
Saw Bill attacking from behind a few times but managed to keep the power on over the hills!
Luckily the hill at the end wasn't too severe :heat:

I like wiggle, but bkool units from them do tend be faulty for some reason or other. I had two from wiggle then decided to get my latest one direct from bkool. My suspicion is that wiggle has early stock from before they ironed out the faults. I could be wrong there but there does seem to have been too many sent back from cycle chat members to be just bad luck.
My first one was from Wiggle and was faulty. The replacement direct from BKool has been fine.

I have a classic on 2.04 firmware now. It is a totally different animal to the 1.13 firmware that was there before.

The power I get on screen is maybe 10-20 watts different, higher, to the power meter I have, it has a greater difference the flatter it is, this is similar to before. But the way it handles various situation is way different.

The transitions in gradient are a little smoother and but the momentum side is a lot better for me. I tend to carry a higher speed at the start of climbs for a greater distance than before. I can now climb better as it is saying I am doing 5mph when I am doing 5mph, not the 1.8mph I was getting previously at max resistance. Lastly it is reading a lot closer to actual wheel speed in nearly all situations barring the decents, I have seen some silly speeds in blue there.

I am liking the current firmware and may not update if asked to do so in future for fear of losing what I have gained. ^_^

Just remembered 1 other thing. On the old firmware I would be kicked out of a session if the acceleration on the decents was too fast, not the speed itself, but how quickly I got there. I have now completed one of the sessions I was booted from. I have a few other sessions I need to go back to to do again because of this.
