Got to be easier with ghosts - if you go first you probably are best trying again.

Maybe a MOOSE NIGHT would work one day.

Just dont set J.MONTESINOS as a ghost - he joined our ride and did 43.57 !

I remember J.MONTESINOS from the bkool summer cup. You can pull him in on the downhills but you really do not want to be racing him uphill.

Yea, I just got the slew of "you've been beaten" messages. I wrapped up the Goats league last night and will probably do something fairly gentle tonight.

I'll certainly be doing LittleC again between now and the end of Moose League #1 -- the ability to reasonably simulate that ride was the main reason to get a modern trainer & sign up for system like bkool.

Great ride tonight moose's kev in a class of your own tonight mate :notworthy: didn't have legs at the end to keep on your wheel insomina:heat:
I didn't get back in time from work to join you on tonight's Moose ride - probably a good job as I think I need to build up to the Little C ride.
I did have a toddle up Stage 3 of the Moose League 'Sa Calobra - Coll de Cals Reis' and that just about finished me. Probably would have baled out if it hadn't been a League ride, and also thanks to Kipster for the words of encouragement when he dropped in as a spectator.
I'm making progress as I actually went up a level after tonight's attempt to the dizzy heights of Amateur 2, which will do me.
I just want to keep fit through the winter and the various leagues make it much more interesting, so hopefully I will achieve that.
One thing I noticed I have been accredited with 2 attempts at Stage 3 of the Moose League - not sure why as once was bad enough as tonight has been my only attempt.

Cheers Dave

You'll have plenty of ghosts to pace you up the hill next time! I might have another go before the league closes.
Which is awesome. More ghosts as a variety of levels is perfect. It beats taking apart my times to find the best time for each mile on the ride and setting those up as targets for the next ride., though it is a hell of a way to push yourself.

That's essentially what I've done through the years in real life, with good success dropping ~30 minutes off the ride (and 15 lbs off my weight) through the course of a season. I started at a *much* higher ride time and weight this year due to several years of not riding, but still dropped 28 minutes (and 17lbs) finishing within just a couple minutes of where I'd like to start the process next year. So the focus this winter is to keep the weight in check (a real problem for me) and avoid de-training, both of which ought to be a lot easier with the smart trainer. I'll unleash my inner goat on y'all next winter.

They certainly did, just more of them ;-) C j bon's ghost looks like a good one for me to chase next week while being chased by my own.

J. MONTESINOS, well, it was an embarrassing number. I won't be adding that ghost.

I'm also getting messages about folks beating my time on Skenes Creek... So my moment of glory as the top rider on that stage didn't last long.

Sorry JLAW! Wasn't actively challenging you or anyone on Skenes Road, just wanted to see some ghosts on the ride instead of it just being me!

Had them all programmed in (ghosts and bots) but they didnt turn up at the start so not sure what I did wrong.

Just one more goats ride to do, that Little Cotton canyon one. Looks hard work though:sad:

Dilema for Thursday, I need to complete the goat stages (two to do) before Friday lunchtime as I'm away for the weekend. I dont have the legs at the moment to do the goats and the thursday chaingang ride. I'm off work monday next week so might challenge all the ghosts on Monday, it wont be as much fun as the live ride....

Hardly good enough Kip. I feel I should forward a motion to have you banned for lack of active participation

Looks like you've got your work cut out over the next few days! :heat:

As I've been moaning about the lack of replacement Bkool Pro from Wiggle, I ought to report that........it has finally arrived :wahhey:

Here's hoping this one lasts more than 4 rides!

I will do my best to join you for the chaingang ride on Thursday
