Never used a tacx one but my Schwalbe Insider has taken years of abuse
Been using both the Schwalbe Insider and Vittoria Zaffiro Pro Home Trainer and had good result with both tires. But have been struggling to find the watts I used to have after upgrade to new Bkool Pro unit and new firmware. Seem to have better luck now with a Conti GP 4000 S race tire and latex tube.

re Tyres Dcrainmaker i think tried and tested a few turbo tyres and found no improvement in power or noise against a decent tyre. I am now running a 25m conti per Bills recommendation at 120 to 140 psi. A good tyre anyway and great for the turbo.

Yes I've done the chaingang stage 1 again today to test if uninstalling the app and reinstalling would make a difference, guess what 24km in and crash :banghead:I have now ridden 117km along that route :heat:. but luckily only climbed the last hill once. That's it I'm beaten :surrender:

I did do another 15km joining in another ride on a different route, I just couldn't face that one any more, just so I could have something to show for my efforts today :bicycle:

Neil, I think we should give you an honorary Bkool cyclechat T shirt for perseverance alone but have one of theses instead:notworthy:

Sorry guys. Tested it with ghosts again and failed so had to start it without them again. Was working a few minutes ago though so not sure what changed!

On no, I've just noticed Stage 2 is a 2 lap race. That will likely mean I'll have to suffer you lot disappearing off into the distance TWICE - once is not a pretty site.
LOL - you and me both @Goldwolfie ... should give us 2 chances to catch some drafting though as @BILL S and the rest pass us :okay:

edit: Just saw the Wolves result ... a win for the boys in Old Gold and Black
