Can you please do a quick 1 minute or so ride up the 1st mountain goat league stage Bealach Beag 1/4. I need this because I accidentally deleted your attempt from the league results. As short and slow as you like just so I can use it to re-instate your time back in the results. From your home page your time looks to be 23:34. If this is not your actual time please let me know what it is. Thanks.
Bill sorted mate.

Unfortunately I've got a Classic 2 with no extenders - now I see what the extra cash for a Pro gives you.

lesson learnt - I'll have to get welding or a mattress to soften the fall.

Buy or make something like this.

Its exactly what I use with my Classic.
At first I just bolted on a couple of wooden battons as support 'skis' and then I replaced these with a couple of unused car roof rack bars with some rivnuts fitted to secure it altogether.
I then ran a roof bar strap from the trainer cross tube to the cross bar of the support to make sure everything moves together as my bike and turbo are a permenant set up in my man cave (back room) in front of my wall mounted 40 inch Sony flat screen, now that we have just bought a 50 inch 4k LG for the front room, attached to quad core PC specifcally built for turbo training.

Yeah, pretty tough course to judge. Knew I'd get hammered on the hill though. Less than two minutes down is a decent result for me though
I'm trying to work out if I can change bikes mid ride, 53/11 for downhill and 34/32 for the hilly bit! I might have to change the cassette on the road bike!

Thanks for the advice - it's some set up you have there by the sounds of it.

I think for starters I'll have to make do with the Blue Peter version - tie wraps and wooden battens.

Dam that's a mighty fine setup.
Must ask the wife for some extra Christmas prezzies.

It is indeed!

AAAC I'm wondering how you set up your fans with that 40" tv in front of you? One each side of the tv perhaps? I'm thinking of improving my setup but right now have the large single fan right in front of me.

Tempting as it is Bob, I think I'll have to give it a miss tonight due to the number of accidental mountings going on at the moment.
Its a tough one. I was jousting with someone called PER uphill but as soon as the road went down he shot off at speeds i cannot imagine. I was doing 60km plus , sometimes 70ish and he still gained 2 minutes on me. But then i do come pretty far down the table on time:sad: One for you goats i think, so long as you can keep the descenders at bay at the end.

If you get a request on bkool from bazzer99 for the chaingang and the T100, he is a friend of mine who is waiting for his bkool to arrive. He thinks he submitted a post here but it may be waiting approval as he has only just joined cyclechat

Hi. Just joined cyclechat and was recommended to join this group by
Kipster. I'm fairly new to cycling - took it up late last year. Aim is to improve fitness and lose weight. Just bought a bkool classic - just waiting for it to arrive. Looking to try and keep a level of fitness up over the winter

Although it has been noted that you've been practicing your descending lately ;).
