Just did Chinorlet - Campules as part of the Dec Chaingang My time was 51.32. I stopped 10m before the finishing line. I believe that may allow the league admin to adjust my team to make up for my Vortex Bkool Steroids.

Seeing that my speed on the flat is 25% more on Bkool than in real life, can you add 25% to my finishing time? I think if would give me roughly 64 minutes. Just put me behind the nearest person with a similar time.

Let me know if this is fair of if it should be more.

Hi Baigu, do you asume that Bkool trainers are not on steroids?. And how do you compensate for your lack of coasting/inertia on downhills?. I find it reasonable to keep up with iders of comparable fitness level or Watts/Kg on the flats and uphill, but totally impossible to hold on the downs.Yesterday I also did the stage and I was beaten in the last downhill after holding and increasing my advantage over the other riders. Just saying, enjoy your super-power while it lasts!

I've got a few to approve. Been busy with wife and kids sick, so no time for cycling related activities... Will take care of them momentarily.

0.5 of a second!!! Heartbreaking

I hope you mean my real time on Creek Canyon that I did on the Goat league 2 of 34:28 and not the estimate time of 35:14 that is recorded in the Moose League

The usb port on the classic is for updates? Not for PC/trainer control, you should have an ant+ dongle plugged into the PC. Most people on here have a usb extension lead in the PC and the ant+ dongle at the other end of the extension which is placed near the trainer.
Ok will try that, will get an extension and get it close to trainer and see if that does the trick.
However it's being gathering dust but I'm sure it used to work ok when the ant + was plugged into PC,will give it a go
Cheers for the advice guys

defiantly need to get a fan! just done chaingang stage 3, went for under an hour, and got it just!
usual schoolboy error "this looks flat lets go all out"!!! muppet:heat:

WOW!!! Did that without a fan!!! Looks easy until you start doesn't it. Those little uphill blips are much tougher than they look. Could be carnage tomorrow.:heat::sweat:xx(

Just completed Mountain Moose stage - Salamanaca in 21 min.53. Again, I stopped a few meters before the finish line to allow a time adjustment. I'm a bit puzzled as to what my time penalty should be for this stage. There was a lot of up and downs, I could never get the momentum to go uphill that Bkool trainers offer, therefore had to pedal "hard" on every little hill. I think keeping this time as is for this stage would be the most "accurate". Adjust as you wish if you feel that a time penalty is needed.

Where do I go to see the times posted by other members of this stage?

I think the Bkool trainers are fairly accurate on their own sim. However, having never tried one, I cant confirm 100%. I understand that we are at a big disadvantage on stages where there are a lot of downhill. However, we are at a major advantage on the flat, when going uphill on anything higher than 7% (4%) for me. Seeing that most stages are more uphill than downhill, this is why a time penalty is needed on occasion.

Saying all that, I just did Salamanaca where I found that we were at an almost disadvantage since we can never "relax" because of the constant ups and downs.
