Feck! Despite all the cockups, procrastination and excuses it seems you nearly all had a blast! Well jel ^_^
No complaints here! Bit depressing that I had such a close battle with Bridgy, only to find out he read the paper on the start line, and hung out the washing before he even started pedalling!

Wow that was one tough ride. By the end I couldn't breath hard enough to get the oxygen I needed. Fortunately for me, whatever problems I was having it was at least as bad for LB and AAAC.
Did a half hour warm-up before this one which seemed to help.

Well, if it's any consolation, nothing went wrong for me, and I still feel like rubbish! I'm completely rinsed. Need food!
Can't face food, legs don't feel like they've done any work, hate my laptop and Bkool screwed up my time other than that it was a pleasure to ride with you all, well not all as my laptop enforced a cafe stop so I didn't see they guys out front. The good news was that I wasn't billy no mates in the midfield on this ride, I had guys around me :hello:

I want a drug test on Boxers, I'm sure he has a moped engine on his bike. Either that or his trainer is set up on a desending hill. One second I'm just ahead then just behind and suddenly he's 1:40 ahead. I'm sure it's not my fault ^_^

Fair play to you Porsche Boxer :notworthy:
The only drugs you'll find is lard :mrpig:. Also the engine only works going downhill, in fact I am sure it is stuck in reverse going up hill :cursing:.

My Peak wattage 1085, if you believe that
Impressive! If you could keep that up for a whole FTP test, you could join Marvels Avengers Assemble.

Makes me larf when it says I was at 92% effort...I assure you, it was considerably more than that! Got a new record HR high too, 186!

I know how you feel, and I bet my heart rate wasn't far off that too. Think my effort was only 80 something but again felt like 100. AAAC was only at 76% so was obviously just cruising.

If you go into the league session where it has boxes to show your times, click on the box and it gives you the data. It's the same box that sometimes has a red X in it if you've gone outside of the league parameters.

Thanks! There's a whole LOAD of extra info hidden in there I never knew about!

And according to the figures in there I was only paused for 10 seconds in total - well it felt like a heck of a lot longer than that, I can tell you!

Yeah, that was tough. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to stay with the front pack this time, but I actually felt better and better as the race progressed.
I would have given you a better fight in the sprint, but I got caught in the "half-speed" thing (if I accelerate to more than 70 kph, it jumps to half speed).

AAAC, you must have missed a slingshot or two, suddenly you were 20 seconds behind.

Well it's only fair to give you a bit of a head-start in this one, to make up for the head start you're giving me in the handicap race currently :okay:

Yeah, how does that work exactly? You caught me on this one, and I caught you in the handicap. I foresee some good battles in our future Bridgy. Problem is, I think we are both too competitive to draft, we just want to establish a lead. Which I tried several times incidentally, but had no hope of holding.

Well well well, what a difference a week makes, i was bossing it very pleased with my effort got to 6th i think behind bridgy although 2 minutes 45 seconds, when i got to the peake of the long down hill only to lose 4 places going down, nothing i could do soon as it went to blue numbers.

I might have to eat more pies and cake:popcorn: so i get some advantage, oh what a poor start i was last to leave but stuck to my plan and it worked, well done all had some good tussles.
