Completed ride 3 tonight. Used @Nutty 's ghost .... i lost by 6 seconds I just could not real his ghost in I need to rest now

Trust me if you had pushed a tiny tiny bit harder you would have. My body was not in a good place and my lungs were hanging out of me!

(5.7 seconds to be exact! lol)

Also, well done Bazzer, taking another nearly two minutes off your time. I think we may have to juggle the teams around slightly! It would be good to get five in at least some of the teams.

Who's up for next Tuesday's TTT, hopefully if you couldn;t make it this week you can have a go next week?

I think the course will suit drafting better...

Weather forecast for Tuesday is heavy rain and 3°C. I was supposed to do a time trial race that day, but there's no way I'm doing it in those conditions.

Tommy you went off so fast that I was nearly a minute down after a mile or two, Dee Gee wound up his pace steadily, blasted by me third way and caught your ghost half way. I nearly caught you with a mile to go, got within 3 seconds but faded a little towards the finish, I think I was 12 seconds down on your time.
