I thought you were going to tag along for a bit, but I had a lot of time to make up, thanks to another late start. Got home at 7:55 and had to literally shovel food into 2 hungry kids.

I did try but I was also trying very hard not to breathe too heavily into @berty bassett 's ear at that point.

I think I came in at about 38:30, a few seconds ahead of Rod. So better than the last two weeks as only a minute behind the rest of the team

About a minute slower than my last run on that course. Probably waited for Rob a bit longer than I should have -- and even when he did get close, we couldn't ever get a consistent pace where we could work together and catch back up.

The other teams passed me as I was nearing the end of the larger hill. Briefly caught some of 'em heading down the other side, but knew it wouldn't last once it flattened out again.

Not enough volume on my earpiece, so most of the time I could hear a voice, but not make out what was being said over the roar of the trainer & fan.

Finally warming up round here, so I'm heading over to Little Cottonwood for the first real world climb of the year on Thursday. Hopefully to be recorded on the gopro so y'all can share the pain again in virtual world.
