see you keep flitting in and out!
From my end it was rock solid until the crash. I was starting to catch insomnia on the downhill section :bicycle::bicycle:, I think it was down to about 25 seconds, then :cursing: :banghead:.

Still next time :surrender:

I was about 7 seconds ahead of Rod at the end, so a time of 38:30. Not that it matters as I was fourth in the team
I think you were further ahead of me than that, Kipster, at the end. I may have caught up a bit but I remember that you were well ahead.
Sorry Team Not Red, I didn't contribute much at all, but I tried as hard as I could, and didn't have time to get my microphone working!

LIVING THE DREAM
There seemed to be a new rider in the Not Red team, but he seemed to be holding them up and I think Add was waiting for him. I can't remember his name exactly but I think it was Dingley Bells or something like that. Probably better in the White or Green team

He must have been a ringer, but not a good one as it turns out.
The bits I watched it appeared that every time he tried to inject some pace on the flats and shallow climbs he just stretched the team out and then had to go back to ensure those at the back got back on again and as for the down hills he was nothing but pitiful.
Probably got the shock of his life when the Blue Team started coming by as they probably never appeared on his order board until it was too late!

I nearly didn't make it today. Bkool froze on my warmup and wouldn't restart so I had to reboot. Dropped in with 20 seconds to Spare and just enough Time to spin the pedals. And then there were 3! Frigging hell, where was 7 of, sorry, Bridgy? Now I was gonna have to keep up with team blue except in my rush I hadn't put the right kit on:blush: a server disconnect and a dropped chain meant that bill and LBHIF had to wait for me which was much appreciated :okay: and to top it off my HR hit 196:eek: at the end. All worth it though. Well done team Blue!

Sorry, Team Green, without Monte and with Berty having problems you were always going to struggle. If @Monte can't join you next week I'll have to give you a little more time.

These are the standings at the moment...

Blue - 41:51
Not Red - 42:08
White - 43:03
Green - No third time yet

If Berty and Bazzer99 can register a time by Sunday as fast as 41:30 that could make Green 44:00

Ah noooo! Sorry Team Blue - I had a very last minute look at the start time and read it as 8.15pm :banghead:

I knew what you'd done almost straight away Paul because I almost did the same. Then I thought that even Geoff wouldn't make us start that far behind so double checked.
Amazingly we managed without you. Not sure how, but we did.

well that was rubbish. I was trying so hard but could get no power down. Everything was set up ok but I was going no where.

Also my bluetooth did not work with pc so connected to ipad (had to pay for the app - bloody Apple ) and could hear @Soarerv8 fine but every time I tried to speak it gave me some error message.

@Soarerv8 I really dont know how you manged to give a (funny) running commentary and go like you did.:notworthy:

Yeah, if I'd thought about it, I'd have realised but I was rushing - disappointed I can't join in the team glory - great ride from you guys!

@Add based on our recent efforts I think its probably best if we delegate the logistics and timings of getting to the start of the DD ride to @BILL S .....
