Happy to do that - but it's quite nice weather here so if I can, I might be tempted to go for a road ride instead tonight...

manual setting, time 17min 15.
i tried not to sling shot and backed off if i noticed it
alo tried to make it a power session and not cadence to save my heart for the
last quarter
ps how fast are we supposed to be going a the start, good luck with that!

Just got back from outdoor ride and no-one's home so I might get away with doing the handicap race too! Not sure if my legs are up for it but let's see!!

I always get worried when that happens.

Should I be somewhere else?
Am I in the right house?
God they have done a runner?

I had a pop at the saw tooth ride tonight. It was as nasty as expected! 1 hour 27 mins. No idea if that is a decent time for me or not  Power was down a bit on ride 5 but probably not surprising given all the downs that I coasted down

Lots of chances to test the 60kph downs into a 10% up and how to stop BKool from planting the anchors on .... truth be told, it's a bug that I couldn't work out how to get around. I rolled into the inclines, I powered into them, I kept a steady pace ... all have the same effect. Speed drops to 1kph, then back up to 15 ish, then down to 6-7, then up to 10 then back to whatever speed I'm peddling at for the gradient (usually about 7-8 kph). The speed changes happen very quickly and almost not noticeable; what is a pain is the sudden stiffness on the pedals that jerks the legs.I found the less painful was going into the incline at a steady cadence then dropping down through the gears whilst trying to keep the cadence steady.

Be interesting to see how everyone else gets on Thursday

Just didn't have any oomph today... Oh well, it's a reasonable time to back off a bit as I'm on holiday with the family for the next couple weeks. When I return, it'll back to hard riding.
Me and you both .... due to hols and work I'm going to be off Bkool for the whole of July  My fitness is going to take one hell of a beating :boxing:
