LIVING THE DREAM
And now I know how to measure the sit bones. Before I didn't even know what they were.

Bill, most Specialized shops have a bone gauge and the appropriate bench to sit and a rest for you feet to get you leg angel right.
Its basically a bit of memory foam and a sliding gauge a bit along the lines of the old Clarke foot gauges (kind of).
If you have some triple layered card board packing that does pretty good job as well but is a once only gauge.

From my perspective, it's a down sight harder on the Kickr. Just looking at my recent results, I was edging nearer to you front runners, not on the same level, but could hang in there a while. Now I am mid table on results. I don't mind at all the position since I know I have improved in fitness. Using the kickr again has put me back to where I was when I started on cyclechat. I hope the Bkool pro is repaired or replaced quickly. I then can do back to back sessions and compare directly.
There's nothing wrong with mid table :becool: it's where the cool kids hang out

I couldn't watch. Too brutal and the screwed up landscape doesn't help.
Was watching Andy go from 65k down hill to 4.5 kph uphill. Looked horrible. I would have dropped out. May not have helped that AAAC in view off road nearly the whole time. Well done Andy for keeping going:okay:

Btdt with monotonous regularity, about every 18-24 months my back decides it doesn't want to work. I usually catch it as it is about to seize up and book an osteopath appointment. But I some times do not catch it early enough and its gone before the appointment. Where's the man with a walking stick emoji
