I'm pretty sure The boxers will beat that. No chance that I will, but looking forward to getting into my brand new Altura bib shorts and having my saddle in the right position.
 not in a weight handicap I won't. The playing field levelling robs me of too many advantages and besides. I'm round my brothers having dinner then home. I will not make this one tonight. Good luck to all who participate tonight

Right better go and struggle into the Lycra before lethargy sets in and I slump in front of the TV as opposed to slumping on my bike

Not an excuse for a frankly shoddy performance for a man of 44.5 kilos but I had a killer stitch tonight the type of which I don't think I have had since primary school

Blimey, not been on here for a while - looks like I've missed a lot of posts. Not gonna read them all as will take all day but looks like you're all been busy. Just done the first ride of the July chaingang sessions as weather not good here :rain:  - not too bad a ride actually :heat:. At least I've set you all a target ghost to chase down and beat. Am aiming to be out on the road much more from now on as need to put some miles on the new bike ^_^:hyper::dance:. Probably won't be on the bkool as much for the summer months but will dip in and out depending on the weather. Enjoy your riding.:wahhey:
Lovely bike @bazzer99

17min 43sec tonite with 62sec of that in the neutral zone
28 sec slower than last time when i also did 62 sec in neutral zone
What is it with you and the fact that weight differences hardly make any difference to your speed?! Whatever Geoff sets your weight at you do these rides minutes quicker than everyone else - and my change of weight this time added over 2.5 minutes to my time!
