Which prompted me to have a look too
Stunning photo's and natural beauty.
I wish I had the talent and patience to be able to take a photos like that .
The bears are great too, but I'd want a pretty long and steep downhill if one came after me while out on my bike.

edit: Or for there to be at least one slower rider in the group ;)
I won't be riding with you, over there, then :bicycle::eek::bicycle::blink::bicycle:.

I had another go at the Champs Elysees Chain Gang stage to see if I could stay with Bill & Bridgy but had to bail after 7 minutes at 400 watt avg. Man, don't you guys ever slack the pace in that stage?
It's downright ridiculous for men at our age to put down those kind of watts :surrender:...but I like it :becool:. I going to retry that stage until I get it right, but first there's a real life time trial tomorrow.

I've got some repair work to do on my cable modem feeds. I'm getting poor signal levels, giving me loads of errors, that will ultimately kill my bsim links.

It's also killing my streaming. Feels like I'm back in the noughties with my modem speeds . 200meg down to 2meg  :cursing: .

I'm hoping it's local to my house, it's been 20 years since I did any serious field network faulting

Bill, I might just be up for this before i go off to Galicia tomorrow morning. but and it really is a big but, my loft is boiling and airless. I have opened window and put the fan on but its making precious little difference at the moment. I will make a decision nearer the time.

Laughed out loud. Her website is ishootlife.com It could have a whole different meaning if she took that posting the wrong way.

I could not be the only one who did not look:smile:

Those are fantastic photos, she has a lovely painterly approach to some images though the black and white drops is probably my fave. Those bears look positively cuddly!

I have had mild heart burn all day, well I hope it is heart burn so I am more likely to be watching the Vuelta Stage 3 highlights at 7:00 if I can get home by then. (Boss is on hols so I am covering his watch as well).

Hello all,

So, following my disastrous first attempt at the chaingang the other night, where I managed to puncture after about 10k, I last night went on my first video ride in sunny Oklahoma. Great fun and a not-too-shabby 54 odd km.

The only trouble I have at the moment is that the turbo is gradually pivoting around on the front wheel, due to it being used on laminate flooring. Now, I am sure that one of you guys have had a similar problem so I wondered how you have cured it? Non-slip mats, or something? Do tell ;)

Thanks you guys!

wtf! turbo became unrideable twice, completely inappropriate resistance being applied. clearly my turbo because it had no effect on Bill. very wary now so going to pootle for a bit and see what happens. A bit worried somthing amiss and warranty expires soon...

Watch out for that built in warranty timer they fit to all electrical goods nowadays so that they 'expire' shortly after the warranty period.
I do what I did once and buy and extended warranty and forget that you did and spend £50 on a new vacuum motor and then realise that you were covered!

In what way did it become unrideable, too much resistance?
Any other symptoms like noise or the like?

I had the same problems when I had a Bkool pro on tile. Anti slip mat will cure it. Also dampen noise a little.

Bob.
My Pro started buzzing whilst not being used. It was the stepper motor struggling to get to the park position. Eventually it became so weak that it could not move to the correct postion and give appropriate resistance.
