Boxers you came back strong at the line. I had dropped well out of my comfort zone for cadence and power dropped like a stone with it.
Re tyres I have used a durano and it doesn't show signs of wear when run at 120psi. Compact goes back on tomorrow. I will have another go at that again

Sorry to miss the race tonight. Will hopefully be around to give it a go Saturday.

Merida Ride 90 with a 50/34 chainset and 11/28 cassette on the trainer and using a trainer tyre usually at around 100psi
I'm using a GT Grade al X as is. 52/36 chainset and 11/32 cassette. It came with Continental Ultra Sport II 700x28 and they are pumped to 135psi. The tyre has done about :sad::cry::cursing:. Edit while Connect is working, the tyre has done nealy 4k miles according to the Garmin site. This is using bkools distances as I port everything over to there as it is easier to interogate. It has only started showing wear for the last few weeks.

Went to check my Garmin Connect page for the tyre milage and the bloody site is down :banghead:. Can't do jack at the moment :cursing:

I had to think twice before climbing on for tonight's ride as I think my 46 mile outdoor warm up was a bit excessive.

I just need to catch up on the velodrome league ride but I can't set up any sessions - hope they get it sorted as I would like to do that tomorrow with some of your ghosts for company.

A quick suggestion for a future Chaingang session. A circuit of Richmond Park, London. I currently do it in about 20 odd minutes so a 3 lapper for me would be about an hour. The rockets should be good for 40-45 minutes. Bill you may need to check it for sudden stops as I don't have that problem.

There is also a time limited version of this as well that is fun to have a go at.

You should be able to challenge one of us that has done it and add ghosts. @Soarerv8 and @Whorty both have their chaingang velo rides on your home page 2 or 3

I think my quickest ever 3 laps in real life is somewhere around 56 minutes. To get that there must be no traffic or wind. My quickest ever 1 lap is a little over 18 mins. I seem to remember doing it in about 15 mins on bkool. Have you found a 3 lapper on bkool in 3D by any chance?

I think the sudden stops are still alive and well unfortunately. I did a test tonight to see if bkool had worked on that but I still got one. It did seem somewhat improved though but not sure if that was just my imagination.

Open the link and change the lap count at the end to 3. I did one to 2 and did it tonight 43.14

We could impose the park speed limit on this session
