I see the mountain goats league is up - loving the name.
It says it is ready from today but I can't see any stages, is there a big fanfare reveal tonight like the tour?
Is an 8pm ride on?

It's set up to start tomorrow hopefully. I say hopefully because it doesn't show any stages right now whereas it normally does once the league is set up but not yet started. bkool have been playing around and setting up the league was harder this time. Hopefully it'll be up and running tomorrow.

That's because I was hanging onto Bob at the time. He didn't let m have a go in front either because every time I tried to pass he just went faster. Then he dropped me

My ebola / pleurisy / man flu means I am far too near death to ride tonight anyway.

Working in healthcare means the sympathy levels for my severe illness at work are zero so am turning to my cycle chat buds for support.

I just completed stage 2, I wasn't looking forward to it being 41km, but it wasn't too bad.

A bit gutted 0.2w away from a fitness level increase

I just had a frustrating attempt to ride. PC could not recognise turbo. 3 restarts. into velodrome for warm up. Seemed ok. Into training loop and drop in behind bill when connection falters and then software closes. Will leave it for tomorrow.

Just logging in to do neighbourhood cruise and note Bonette, col s'aspin, tourmalet and ventoux have appear in my schedule!!

haha That thought crossed my mind during the ride. It was quite an easy ride while drafting and only got tough at the end having broken away. It was much easier than trying to stick to Bob until I was too tired to hang on. You're right though, given enough time we could try to draft our way upto the quick guys. But there's a problem. How to get the ghosts to speed up the drafting part of the ride.

I say very annoying because in fact NONE of the issues are solved at all - I just checked. Which it seems Bkool themselves couldn't be bothered to do!

I added a load, 9 as it turned out, of ghosts to my training loop session. I had the pleasure,, of chasing @Monte in several his various incarnations, as well as @Whorty @Soarerv8 @Rob @Breedon and @Randyberlin. So it appears they work. Maybe an issue with your account

Excellent! You're probably a little more excited than some of the others, who will become strangely quiet and not come on the forum for the rest of October.
I must admit to being surprised by the strange lack of suspicion and paranoia on here today.

After all, the chaingang is for fun but the mountain goats is where the real suffering happens
