I copied a stage of the chaingang, training loop. I the went to my scheduled list and added ghosts by editing the session there. I have not tried to do it by challenging.
Ah thanks Boxers, that works for me too. So it's only challenging someone that causes the problem with adding additional ghosts

I wish I could Bob, but the harsh reality is that I need a good day or two rest between league rides. There have been occasional exceptions but generally I'll be well down in performance if I ride 2 or 3 days in a row. LB on the other hand has done 5 days in a row quite recently. :notworthy:
Like you, there are exceptions, but I also need a day or two rest.
In the old days it was not much of a problem, but recovery time definitely increases with age:cry:.

Anyone know how old Ryan Lawman is? We don't see him on here at the moment probably because he really is riding up a storm in Zwift, regular rides and racing and great somewhat humbling times. I thought he was about my/our age but i suspect not given i don't see much evidence of him needing to recover.

Edit he is veteran 1
Well I know he is not 50 yet. I cant see if he is veteran 1

I used his ghost yesterday on the Neighbourhood ride. I lost 1 min 40 to him, but felt I made a mistake, I followed him for a couple of miles then went ahead before the first climb, with his ability to climb much faster me, he(ghost) caught me at the crest and I struggled to hold the wheel whilst recovering from the hill effort. I should of gone off much earlier so by the time he caught up, I would of recovered and been able to draft him for longer. This is all on the assumption that his ghost was going pretty hard. Bob, by the sounds of it, he was taking it easy on the ride I used.

Andy, possibly so. He is sometimes top 100 or so or better on course's ridden by up to 30,000 or so other riders, often competitively too. By comparison i am towards the bottom of the top 1/3rd (if that makes sense) though i have never raced in zwift. Here is one example. I have not linked to strava because i think you have to be a premium member to see other rides. This is the longest part of the box hill ride:

Bob, Ryan does have a very high W/kg of 5.3 with 330W Only LBHIFI has a higher w/kg, but needed 400W to achieve that. So he will climb very well indeed, especially if he puts his mind to it.

Top 1/3 from 30k rider is bloody good. :okay:

Love the goat league :-D
Likewise. It's going to be painful. I'll be slogging up, but likely at a more sedate pace for a while -- I've just been diagnosed with stage2 hypertension. So some adjustments on my effort as things get sorted out on that front.
