And have you nipping at my heels? No bleeding way Bill. My warm up will be have to be the race that is my commute and which finishes with the fiercely steep Col D'Tulse Hill and then straight up to the loft to catch the start. I,ll try and stay with you for as long as possible bit i have very tired legs. I had the pleasure of being caught up in a race with a female cyclist much of the way home last night. She claimed a strava QOM reflecting the effort. Me, just very sore legs:rolleyes:
I think Bill's offer is based on the fact that starting before the timer actually gets to zero will achieve nothing more than you being stuck on the line

Latest reply from Bkool regarding the problems with the website since the "update" which they are refusing to acknowledge (such as no past or future league stages showing, and unable to add ghosts to challenged rides):-

Thanks for your message. Please provide your user email and password, we will check out if there is any problem with your profile's data.

Seriously?? :banghead:

Edit: This is after they initially said those issues were fixed, and I replied to say no, they weren't

Thanks to the "future league" bug, I don't know how many stages are left in the Chaingang league.
I'll need to level things up so I'll have to know when is the last chance to do this. Bill, when is the last stage?
After AAAC entered the league, I se that I need to gain another 30 seconds to level things up .

...nah, I'm using Bill (before the last session) as reference, so I'll need to drop 2 minutes and 44 seconds in one of the remaing stages.

Hi, I'm really hoping someone here can help me (sorry if this isn't the right place to ask).

I recently purchased a Bkool Pro trainer but no matter how I set it up it seems to always show the speed drastically lower. I don't mean a few mph lower I mean 10-20 mph lower. I've updated the firmware and moved the sensor as close to the trainer as possible but still see this problem. I even tried using the Zwift software instead of the bkool and still saw the same speeds.

I made a quick video to compare the speeds shown from the bkool trainer to those from my Garmin's speed sensor:

The retailer I purchased the unit from is refusing to refund it, saying that the bkool unit is not supposed to reflect the real world speed.
Any help or advise would be immensely appreciated.

I think you'll have no problems staying with me tonight Bob, based on my last two nights riding.

As for QOM's, I have managed to beat one or two before. In fact I often ignore the KOM and just try to beat the QOM :girldance:

Its one a week until the end of the month LB, so probably 2 more after tonight. They are all open until the end.

I really will be taking it easier tonight. I have a 100km plus ride in Zwift on Saturday i need to do so don't want to knacker myself anymore than i already feel.

Still on a train heading home so another night off the bike! WFH tomorrow so should get s little ride in then. Problem is. @theboxers is 4 seconds ahead of my in GC so do I race hard to get some time back, or do I do a gentle one leaving me fresh for an attack of the goat ride on Saturday?
