Oh my do my legs hurt his morning!!!

Annoyingly my average power for first 30 mins was 251w as I pushed hard to get it above 250w. My profile said I needed to average above 241w to get to the next level. However my level hasn't changed!
Good going perky!

I think I'm right in saying that Bkool takes the average of your whole session not just the first (or best) 30 minute average. If you want to move up a level it's best to just stop the session just after 30 minutes and save it.

Going to try and make the ride later but I'm working today so like Randy I have my excuse book open and ready.
I think @Perky77 and I have the best excuse after yesterday's goat ride! Everyone else Should MTFU

If I can convince the wife that another ride is good for me then I'll try to join. Not sure she wants to hear any more of my swearing and see me cry again today!

@BILL S, what a session for my first ever mountain goat ride
I'm really glad it's done - 1hr 41mins

@Breedon thanks for the encouragement

Now, where's that beer??

With the goats stages i think its more crossing the finishing line than anything else.
And i did come back when i said but for some reason you wasn't showing on the 2d profile so i then left, but way to go for your first goats ride, they only get harder from here

Did the rest of my 22 in UK mainly with 3 Commando Brigade.
Loved Germany, especially Detmold.
Never did a Snow Queen but my mate, Chris Southey spent half his time down in the REME ski hut as an instructor.
First time I got to do any skiing was on Military Planks which put me off the idea altogether. Shame really as I did 9 winter Norway's with 3 CDO Bde.
The good old snow Queen , there are not many lodges left now just a few Garrison lodges when I first come over in 92 just about every regiment had a lodge . I was just down the road from the Reme lodge at the Hohne Garrison lodge . Best days of my life the days when we could drink all night then run a 9 min bft still drunk lol .

Thanks - just checked and it does say session over 30mins. Annoyingly I needed 241.47w and my whole ride last night was 240.4w. A little annoying :cursing:

Just found something else that does not work. I was trying to create an HIIT session on the velodrome, with power targets. Went to edit it at the end and it goes to the not available page :banghead:.

I was hoping to join in the re-run this afternoon but now need to wait in for an engineer to (hopefully) fix our boiler

Will try and look in if I can

@BILL S , what have we done to upset you? Do you not like your fellow BKoolers anymore? That's the only reason I can think of for you choosing the first Goat ride !!! My god is that nasty :B)xx( I think I actually cried for the last 5km  It's done now though, and in a time I'm pleased with : 2 hours 4 mins , so 16 mins faster than I anticipated.

I have a Moose target on my back now so happy hunting guys :bicycle:

I guess I wanted to try and get the worst ones over while everyone still seemed to be brimming with enthusiasm. Maybe not the best plan as some seem to be put off from doing it.
Rides like this do tend to separate the men from the boys though , not in terms of speed, but in terms of those willing to slug it out to the end, no matter how long it takes.
Therefore much respect to you Whorty:notworthy:.

Saler Cullera re-run 5pm today.
Search in the Live tab. 10 minutes warmup.

I will be there but genuinely not sure for how long. Currently warming up in velodrome and struggling to turn a big gear. I think it is me but also noticed after a sprint to 55kmh it only took 5 seconds for my speed to collapse to 18kmh. this speed collapse just seems wrong especially in the veldrome.
