I currently peak out about 210w at my weight about 1.6-1.7w kg. I have been up to 1.8 on one or 2 shorter rides but the 1 hour and above it drops HIIT sessions here I come
Work on getting your cadence up to around a steady 95 to 100 and that will help you progress to higher speed/power over time and really helps the energy levels for longer rides. Somehow I managed a 30 minute ride at around 490 watts but longer rides are around 350 watts. Keep going and you will improve the figures!

I don't see it as cheating ... it's just a shame that BKool can't sort out the FW on the older machines so that everyone can play equally. It's like they are trying to force everyone onto their latest turbos!

What I have noticed with your rides TB, which looks wrong, is every one of your rides has a power to weight ratio of 1.6 watts per kilo. Almost without fail, irrespective of style of ride (flat, hill etc). Mine fluctuates from anything like 2.0 to 2.5, but yours is always 1.6. Definitely something strange with your machine as I'm sure you produce different power on different rides

Problem is that the older hardware does not support ANT+ FEC. If you e-mail BKool and you are still in Warranty they will upgrade it FOC otherwise you have to send the whole trainer back at your cost.
I never asked for a price but when I had his issue with my Classic they did offer to update my PCB but
the overall cost was in excess of £130 so your a good way toward replacement and 2 years of waranty.

I like my fw .

I am well outside the 2 years anyway. July 2014 I bought mine and early August 2014 was my first session. Was that ever a shock to the system .

I have plateau'd in power at the moment hence the HIIT session talk. I need to change something to move forward :bicycle:.

Goats here I am :mrpig:.

Stick some extra weight on your legs and build the muscle mass!
