Good evening my fellow Bkoolers. This evening I received a prod from my old friend Tommy, and I think it was just what I needed to rouse me from my summer cycling hibernation. Our turbo is presently located deep in the bowels of our garage, and probably home to several species of vermin.
My pleasant and unexpected poke from Tommy could well be just what I needed to go digging for said turbo, serve appropriate vermin eviction notices, and come see just how much ground I have lost to you die hards, especially as there are now faint murmurings of DD!
Welcome back we have all become super human and massively fit in your absence, I now laugh in the face of hills and show my buttocks to head winds.

Maybe possibly 60 or 95 if I can get time off from my job as an international man of mystery.

I'm up for the DD biggy anyways, and I am here to help with accomodation enquiries. I am stupidly unfit atm, and have an annoying knee issue. But would never let common sense or a niggly injury prevent me from inflicting further, possibly lasting damage on myself.
The nausea, extreme fatigue and unbelievable pain is now just a distant memory, and I relish the prospect of another torturous and masochistic cycling event.

I feel your pain with the knee Adds. It will be good to share stories of conquering the pain and bravery on the turbo. As you can imagine I haven't had any sympathy from this lot.

I too laugh at hills, from the warm comfort of my van. And I'm not Miss Marple, but if you're showing your buttocks to a headwind, wouldn't that make it a tailwind? Or have you devised a clever reverse seated cycling position...do you use mirrors?

Good to see you again Soarer...I trust you have kept the flock amused with your witty banter? I've certainly missed it.

I will book us into a mates restaurant once I know how many we are. I can accommodate 2 at mine, 3 if I kick Camlo out, but I insist on sleeping on the right hand side.
Bill has one room booked and if Randy is still thinking of coming, I did offer him the other. If he isn't coming, Bridgy you are more than welcome to stay again, simply because you passed the axe murderer disclaimer questionnaire.

It's a hotel or b&b for me. I can't face camping and prob don't score too well on the axe murderer disclaimer...

The Metropole Hotel in Llandrindod is the best we have to offer here in what we affectionately like to refer to as the colon of Wales.
It's very nice. There is a plethora of less appealing hostelry available however on a sliding scale right down to 'gutter'.

If you mean have I continued to spout a high quantity of nonsense then the answer is unequivocally yes.
