Need some help Gents

I'm having problems pairing my trainer. I can't pair it via ant+, so have to do it via "ble" or something similar on the pairing screen. What is that and should I assume I have a problem with either my ant+ dongle or the extension lead it's attached to?

This started happening first race post big update.

ignore ble it is bluetooth. Short or a reboot and re attaching cannot really suggest anything TT

Only once ever had food during a ride, and that was when I did bonnette. An over ripe banana. My keep one next to me again today. Felt weird eating and cycling but needs must!
You clearly aren't doing long enough rides... I was an avid mountain biker when younger and often would head out for 6-8hr rides (Skyline, Gold Bar/Portal Loop, Jughandle Arch loop, etc). Eating was mandatory, and even with regular intake you could easily bonk on something like Skyline -- 6600ft of trail climb is brutal and the downhills aren't really a chance to rest, but an opportunity to work the muscles differently.

Thanks to all for the support. That was just hateful :surrender:.

Not as clean as I wanted, but neither were the fw advantages sought out . Not only are my legs now shot, so are my sit bones. I'm off to find a very soft cushion .

Well done @Whorty that was a good ride by you :notworthy:.

That is a ride I will not willingly do again. One and done :B).

Lastly bsim crashed on my warm down descenso session :cursing:

just watched TB hurtle down ventoux  i never knew you could do that speed in bkool ! i pedal like the clappers to get 40-45 downhill and there he is leisurely pedalling nonchalantly looking at the cartoon trees and the odd cow doing nearly 60 !! Remind me never to try and keep up -well done

I do remember the first time I rode Ventoux, in a very similar time to your run today, I walked like John Wayne for the rest of the day and didn't want to sit on a saddle again for days!

Bloody lucky it didn't crash before you saved your Ventoux ride...

I think Skype might be better than whats app, as it is available on PC as well as smart phones, and doesn't need every ones phone number.

Anyone who wants to join a cyclechat Skype group just PM me your skype nickname and I'll set one up.

You can always setup a new Skype account for cyclechat if you want to keep it separate from your normal skype traffic. We could perhaps use cyclechat_nickname, where nickname is your nickname on cyclechat/bkool? Then everyone would be easy to recognise.
