Well, tried my first Zwift race tonight, but that was a bit of an anticlimax. I could se the riders count ticking away, but couldn't actually see any of them. I was the only one at the starting line.
Bob, do you know if there's any trial limitations?

I then tried Bkool on a new pc, but that didn't work out much better. I went straight to the race when starting the session, no warm-up. Each time I tried it would add another hour to the rider ahead.

So that's an evening spent fiddling with buggy software instead of riding my bike. Now off to knock my socks off with one (or two) of those Jacobsen Saaz'es .

I've been off the bike all week, last weekend I did 117 miles of over two days at a good pace and felt OK, but started getting stomach cramps of Tuesday (not related to riding) ended up doubled over yesterday so spent the day in bed, I feel better today but not 100% plus I lost a kg (73kg this morning) so need to catch up on some food. I can't ride outside tomorrow due to having to wait for a delivery so I'm hoping the delivery comes early and I can get on the turbo and ride an outdoors ride in on Sunday, although it's going to be chilly.

Hope you feel better soon, I hate not being able to ride.
I'm like you - couldn't ride tonight. Was I ill? Was i tired? Was i in pain? Or did i get home with a pasta bake on the table and a pint of Porter waiting for me  meh, i can do the goat ride tomorrow :okay:

Blimey, doesn't sound like anyone is getting in a decent ride.
LB I don't know. I would ask Ryan via private message and he will likely be able to help.
Enjoy your drink!

I had a go at the mountain goats stage 1 - was going pretty well until it crashed/froze about halfway up. couldn't face starting all over again so joined a velodrome session for half an hour or so instead - strangely your ghost was riding round in there CXRAndy!
Was I on a kickr or bkool ? I hope I put up a decent effort

Well it didn't turn out to be much of a pootle....started off steady, then the rider 12 minutes ahead of me managed to get inside my head, and demand I catch him up....which I failed to do...but went up another 2 fitness levels trying! I feel the beast inside me awakening....

I've just been looking at my 'friends' on Bkool, and hells bells, you're all up the there with your fitness levels aren't you? Everyone has improved loads since I was last loitering on the Bkool street corners, swigging from a gin bottle wrapped in a paper bag. I actually felt quite embarrassed at my laziness. I see you haven't changed much though Soarer. Might be worth sticking Carruthers on for a few sessions, see if you can hit Active 1? Get him to do the turbo, and you iron your own pants?

Why do you think he got the other Bobinski? He is trying to train the dog to ride his bike for him, hidden away on a turbo in the kennel. Us bobinski's are not so stupid but the poor dog has to eat the kennel to thwart Soarer's cunning plan. Poor bobinski!^_^

Is that supposed to sound evocative?
