Anaerobic 2 is hard 
. I did 25 of the 30, 15 or 20 second zone 6 efforts then just ran out of legs 
. By the time you get down to z3 you have get ready to ramp up to z6 again a few seconds later.
A good 56 minutes of which about 5 hurts, badly. Don't bother with a warm up there is about 15 minutes of easy z1-3 progression at the start.

Was going to join the fun but my legs are not as fresh as i thought, plan was to do a warm up then do a mountain stage then jump straight into the stage, lol my legs were shot even before the mountain stage.

I'm sorry to those who joined my ride, no 3d view and just to confuse everyone a bit more I must of choose this course before as it had a ghost of me loaded.
Thank you to those of you that worked out I messed up - we obviously have a competitive nature as we struggled to keep the pace down at times, but for most of the ride it worked well.

I could only see Bobinski and Kipster plus Monte's ghost - plus a few other random riders. I thought Monte was way behind us perhaps with some others so after kipster left I dropped right back to find him - turns out he wasn't there either! So I then sprinted for a while to catch up with Bob and ride more steadily again!

You went past me & Adam towards the end and chased Bobinski...
I shot away at the start chasing after Monte as I thought he was setting the pace. Only after a few minutes did I realise it was his ghost I was trying to catch because the real Monte showed up on the list with the only difference being the UK flag. I also sometimes couldn't figure out which drafting guy I was as they all look the same. On the last sim you could see other riders in the movie as a kind of moving blob thing. That would have been useful.

Name & shame...pace should been 20-22mph at one point I was doing 30mph to keep up
