My screen froze almost immediately and so I could only go by the rider/drafting box at the top. Still, good to knock out 50km and 1000 plus calories. Now I just need to avoid the temptation to eat them all again:rolleyes:

Oh and Adds, assuming that was you and not a ghost?, well done mate!

What's your thoughts on trying a different course next Monday night, (3D view & no ghosts) - would anyone else like to organise a route, maybe one of your own routes that you have uploaded to bkool.

I'm thinking we probably need a clear ride leader so we all know to stay behind the leader ???

Cheers Bob, yes it was me. I had a great ride, stayed with Monte after you and Bridgy took off. I could see everyone as the blob thingys, but my video froze after about 7 miles, so I was just drafting blobs on a photograph, which was fine. Got a little simpler when it boiled down to just Monte and I. It was a bit fast for me, but ok. Certainly didn't have anything to give in our sprint finish Monte, you fair cooked me there.
But all in all, a good stamina builder as far as I was concerned, and average heart rate wasn't obscenely high so pleased with that.
Still felt like sh*t at the end of course!

I agree with @Add - the pace was too fast tonight for a leg spinner ride. My idea for a longer steadier ride is endurance/calorie burning.

We have got a few nature born racers...

I'd probably have ridden with you if I could have seen you! On the flat, about 23-24mph felt right for me though

Monte, thanks for setting this up. Sorry if I rushed off at times but my screen, after it froze, suggested there We're 2 riders in front, including you! I had put my summer bike on turbo and was keen to see what impact that would have especially with my newish speedplay pedals. So, once people began to drop out I was tempted to ride to plough on a bit and raised the tempo. My apologies. I like the ide air a tempo ride on a Monday.

@Whorty and I had a good draft with @bobinski or @bridgy or @Breedon one of the 'Bs' . I was left to fend for myself for the last 20k it hurt
