55:20 Tommy!!! Beat me by 6 minutes!! That's what I call REVENGE!!![]()
I bought the same HRM as TB suggested and used it a couple of times now. I average around 160-165 with a max of 172 ... so I'm probably not trying hard enough![]()

Hi jeepfreak
The one I'm using is a Scosche rhythm+. Recomended by theboxers who also speaks highly of it. I've only used it once but I'm very happy with it so far. It goes on the arm rather than chest and the strap is both comfy and easy to tighten\release. I always struggled with the garmin to get it to pick up my heart beat but I don't know if others had the same problem. This is compounded on bkool as you don't have the option of it picking up signal after you've started a ride. I believe if its hasn't registered the HRM before you log on it won't work. This one kicked in no problems. No probs trying to make sure its slightly moist etc. Cost is a negative. Can't remember exactly but it was over £50 which seems a bit excessive.
I've just done a ride using the hrm for the first time. TB it worked perfectly and I far prefer it to the chest strap. Thanks again amigo.
My average bpm was 155 I think. Is that high? I know it's not a straight forward answer.
Also I have a garmin hrm I don't need. I couldn't get it working on bkool but have used it in the real world. Don't know if the battery went or I'm just a plank. Either way does anyone want it? I'm happy to give it to someone who uses that type of strap. At worst you can change the battery right?
I have a garmin HRM and it's always just automatically paired with Bkool, no problem. Bkool also sell their own branded HRM which looks remarkably similar to the Garmin one.....Interesting to read this Tommy. I have a Garmin HRM that I'm struggling to get working with Bkool also (works fine with my Garmin Edge). I was unsure if the problem was with the HRM or my Garmin Ant+ stick, sounds like I now have an option to resolve...
Too right Uncle G sort these handicap bandits out. I would also like you to consider that I have become markedly crapper since I last did that ride.@TurboTommy are you doing the Handicap tonight?
When was the last time you did the Tin Can Ten Time Trial? You've been grassed up as much improved over your previous time, so perhaps we should adjust your Handicap to keep things close?![]()
Yes!
No!

I wonder if one of the "improvements" might have been to fix the password problem Geoff.........Don't forget to leave time for the simulator update!
