@Whorty - I wouldn't worry, those ghosts were from last December and we've all improved since then - I even beat my own ghost by 9 minutes. I challenged Jim as he was the only one with a time in the League results and it pulled all our old rides.

When I edited the league ride I chose familiar names with times I thought I could match (and did). Since then, like a slow puncture, I've received email after email smashing my time - a time which I'm still suffering from this morning. I really am way off the pace of you guys however that's not why I'm doing it. It's more personal goals for me as apposed to league placing.

I do very much like the banter that comes with it as well.

:hugs:

Tuesday's handicap rides have finally appeared! Ironically, the only one (I think) now not showing in the league table is Bobinski 's!

I wonder if it will now let you accept it Geoff?

Did the Mountain Goat stage that I failed to complete last time, and so nearly blew up several times.
I then go look at the league in question and see that the next one is steeper and longer...
I got the email, cheers!

Good ride, I'm still slow on the mountains.

No problem Jim - 12 months ago I was always tail end Charlie. I ain't great now but that ghost showed that I have made progress, which is what it is all about. The Leagues just give you the extra motivation and as the banter on here is always encouraging.

Well remembered ^_^

The knee felt fine on Tuesday in the end to be fair! The day before when I did an "easy" ride it felt horrible, which just goes to show that anything other than full on racing is bad for your health!

I really thought I had lots of time over you and eased off towards the end. Really frustrating that I could not see you listed and the time difference in the left hand side of screen.

Was that because of the number of riders between us on the road? I do find it frustrating in league rides how limited the info is on the other riders. once again shows that the people designing the sim don't use it like we do.

As for easing up at the end - yeah, me too, definitely :reading:

Yep, accepted and league now showing 11 results.

Hi Geoff I have done the Tin can again on a Bkool pro for comparison:laugh:

Wahoo Kickr
Power (watt) 290.2
Time 27.50
Ave Speed 23.1 mph

Bkool Pro
Power 302 Watt
Time 25.16
Ave Speed 25.4 mph

I tried to be consistent with effort. The bkool registers more watts on the flatter sections and has a smoother speed profile compared to the kickr
Oh I didn't have a flying start on the Bkool, I registered 82mph off the line with the kickr ^_^
