I don't often have back problems either to be honest. As you guys say, what works for me seems to be pills, stretching and massage. It normally happens when I take liberties lifting something badly. its been bad for a few days, spasms etc, but I took today off work so that should help.

Worst case scenario if I do terribly in the next turbo race I've already won the race for getting in earliest excuse

A few months ago you put up a recommendation for some very good value looking fans. Do you remember the name of the shop?

I read recently that Laura Trott kenny like lots of cyclists is not allowed to stand or walk to conserve energy and protect precious muscles. I have walked nearly 8 miles today. Does that mean I will be disadvantaged in tonight's ride? Is this the best or worse cyclechat bkool excuse ever?!?

On the fan front I need to get something for winter that is smaller and more directional. It only needs to blow at my trunk and perhaps face whereas my current one is so big it blows all over me and makes my already loft cold/freezing arms and legs even worse. I am seriously thinking about 3/4 shorts and a long sleeve top for turboing. I won't be allowed to bring the turbo down so I need to find a solution. Otherwise my warm ups are going to get ridulously long.
