Mr Placeholder here

Just got back from a very very long day at work. 2 hours drive there, 2 hours back. Legs as stiff as a, well, you know what. I will join in tonight though to prove how stiff my legs are and how slow I will be

What's my start time?

Well I think you finished the last goat ride about 2 mins behind me.

The next Handicap Chase is Spin round the block with Liam

Next run is 8pm (plus Start Time) tonight, Tuesday 22nd November 2016.

Start Times (Handicaps) are as follows... (when underway time equals or exceeds the given Start Time).

If anyone else wants to take part, can they let us know a competitive time for the stage, or failing that their fitness level and who they usually finish close to.

Yeah I see you too bobby!

Any idea why I'm stuck in the middle lane?
They want you to do more distance? On a standard 250m 'drome the red line is 7m longer than the black (sprinters line). The blue (stayers) line being further up the track is probably something like 275 meters round. Get back down to the black line, it's the fastest place to be.

At first I thought it was because I was going at a fairly pedestrian pace but I didn't drop into the sprinters lane even when I sped a little.

Some starting on elapsed time, some starting on minutes past 8 pm, so Handicaps will not be spot on "on the road", but will come out in the adjusted times!

Here are the screen shots - the 49'30 total time for the main part of the ride in the second screenshot should be 46'31 - the faster time is what was shown when I completed the session by saving it.

You are showing no speed in your stats, can you put that it and get rid of the bars on the power by changing it to area.
Your average speed equates exactly to the time stated, i.e 49:30 give or take a second or two.

Sorry, re the graph. Get rid of HR and as power as an area and speed as line, nothing else required.

I had issues with my trainer on steep climbs, would make an awful grinding noise and then eventually completed seized up on me one day - working on the theory I had nothing to lose, I completely stripped my trainer down and the nuts holding the magnet plates had come lose. Tighten everything back up and gave it a once over whilst putting it back together and it's the quietest and best it's ever been (and still is).

It's not a difficult job, but if you know anybody that is good with this sort of thing they would sort it out for you quite easy.

Hope this helps

Good point, didn't consider that. They do rock on the spindle hence the vibrating noise you sometimes get when descending at speed.
