JLO, Don't forget a League ride has to be current to schedule it. I don't think Spin Around the Block is current.
Other than that just challenge someone, you can add ghosts later once they are in your activity.

But when I challenge, the ride isn't showing up as a league ride (no little cup/trophy next to it in the scheduled sessions page).

I guess my problems must be because the league ride isn't current.... That would explain the problems/frustrations.

You really nailed that. I was at my delirious limit when I finished averaging 420 watts all the way up. There is no way I could go harder or faster without passing out!

Well done! I wonder if one of the reasons for yours and TT's improvement is these longer commutes? Steady miles and all that.

It does help i think, when it starts to get light in the mornings and evenings i tend to add extra to the commute most times it over 50 miles a day.
