Not trained in telemetry and the like, ex-mechanical technician me, but logicality I would say that being digital any interference that has any impact would either generate a false input or none at all and not result in a time delay.
I do however have my dongle on an extension, not that my dongle needs one, but it still sits about a meter away from the trainer.
I also have a mini BT key board mounted on my bars and I use a BT headset for music played from the PC.
I certainly don't use printers while I'm on the turbo but those using a phone as a WIFI hot-spot may suffer.
I think if I had a keyboard attached to the bars the sweat would kill it pretty quickly. You are obviously taking it far too easy! Must try harder...

Good fan, blows it all backwards and a 'skull cap' in lieu of a sweat band to collect everything off of my brow and stop my varifocals getting smudged.
This time of year I generally warm up wearing bib shorts and a zip top and by the time the session starts I'll be down to my shorts with the top not too far away for the cool down.
The keyboard touch-pad can be a pain when your hand gets sweaty as it cannot define between the heat of your fingers and the trail of sweat from them.
Another reason for keeping a sports towel handy.

I also noticed delay with gradient changes making it harder to use power to crest a hill and then power into a descent, as well as 2 dead stops. Well, one really and one abrupt deceleration I managed to just about power through. No signal issues. I use a USB lead. No wifi issues either, using Ethernet.
On another note, how can I generate so much sweat in so cold a space. It looked pretty yucky.

I don't know but Geoff numbers say I am 0.1 minutes slower.

And by the way, 6.45 watts/kg, big numbers but that is for 60k.
For 78 it would be about 5 which is still excellent for a course with so much descending.
Well done Sir.
Ah I think that table of Geoff's means you were 0.1 seconds QUICKER than your previous time!

I've been sweating so much when I went out to my bike tonight the chain had gone rusty!

i was having a lay down after getting a price for my kitchen units - nearly 6k  theres only 8 units cooker n sink !!
sorry ive got to have another lay down xx(

If you can open a trade account with Howdens kitchens. Good quality pre made units. Kitchens are never cheap. I will give you a comparison though, just spent less than 5kinc vat to fully fit out a new build I'm doing. I have gone with the cheaper end appliances on this one

Best bit of advice I could give, get an excellent kitchen fitter. They will make a cheap kitchen look good, its all in the finish

We just bought a new kitchen, 20 odd units, flooring, solid wood worktops, 2 sinks, taps, lights, pan draw that HID needed! pull down cupboards etc and only paid 8k. All from Howdens. You need to know a builder as they only deal with the trade but worth a visit.
