I'm suprised Froome is so fat and I doubt that Wiggins is 69kg anymore unless he is on a bad asthma day!

"Chris Froome data suggests weight loss led to Tour de France transformation"
• Results show Froome slimmed to 67kg between 2007 and 2015
• Tests were conducted in August after ethics of Froome’s wins queried

I thought I had seen Froome's weight quoted as 67 Kg.

Even a "BIG" rider like Tom Domulin is only quoted at 71 Kg

Yes, I understand all of that. What I can't understand is how the change from a 25mm Conti Ultra Sport to a 23mm Conti GP4000 S can give an improvement of 70 watts. This change of tyre isn't like changing from anything like a mountain bike tyre... just a couple of average road tyres.

There were two changes, pressure and tyre.
There is very little compromise required on a turbo as opposed to road riding so go from a bad compromise to the perfect set up and you will gain a couple of kph average and on BKool speed is power which is relative but not directly proportional to the effort at the pedals.
Get rid of your bad compromise going downhill fast and you will gain huge watts on the Sim.
On Tuesday I chose to deflate my tyre to 80 psi and I lost a huge chunk of power on the screen but I was working almost as hard but my effort was tainted because I was mentally giving up because I knew why I was going slower.

I knew I had seen his weight in the 60's (kg's).

'BIG' i.e. there are no 'big' riders on the road, even Griepel and Kittel would struggle in a track sprint against a track sprinter and they, the track sprinters, put many a body builder to shame because that is pretty much what they are, muscles on wheels with a huge anaerobic capacity and a latic threshold that would shame a 6 stone women giving birth to a 12lb baby.

I must be built like a track cyclist as im a big rider!

Yes, 77 kg is considered heavy in the world of cycling. I believe Tony Martin is 77 kg.

Anyway.
Getting back to Kitchens.
I paid far too much for my kitchen because HID wanted it professionally fitted.
Must look up the word Professional in the dictionary, would it say an overpaid amateur, perhaps not as that is a contradiction but that would describe the fit of my kitchen.
I won't argue that it looks good from the outside but there is a lot more to a good fit than that.
The best bit of the whole fit is the granite worktop but that was done by a sub-contractor to the Contractor and they came all the way down from Harrogate made a template and came back a week later a fitted the worktop with a minimal amount of on-site trim required.
The biggest laugh now was the sales pitch regarding the doors and drawer fronts which the sales rep said were so well made that you can wash them in a dishwasher (but didn't advise it by the way but told a funny story of a women that did).
Well guess what a few years on and the dishwasher door is blowing at two of the joints.
I will never pay that much for a Kitchen again, and certainly not in this house, even the white good are below the expected standard.
I would let you all know the company's name but it has slipped from my memory but I know that they did stop trading not long after we had our kitchen fitted but I have a feeling they are back in the game again.
I firmly believe that most caskets with a good solid back will last you as long as you need but it is the doors, worktop, fixtures, fittings and white goods that make the deal and they don't have to be expensive.
I have looked at the Wickes range quite a few times and I like what I see there but I have no experience regarding their longevity but a good look at door joints, material thickness, weight and finish will give you a good guide.

Great. Can't see any scheduled session now in BKool! I just challenged myself, it popped up congratulating me that I have created a scheduled session, but the schedule tab is empty. Another perfect change implemented by the Bkool developers!

I beg to differ. I can ditch riders in a race situation by cutting corners effectively (Conti GP 4000 S does really great in that discipline) . Admitted, it does not happen often because almost everyone racing in cat A,B,C and even D know the importance of tire choice.
