I know - that opening hill is brutal as I just wasn't ready for it - I had to back off as I just couldn't breathe!

I managed to drop AAAC and Bill's ghosts at the start but they caught me up about a third in (I think?!) so I must admit I did get a nice tow for a bit. I tried to ride away from them a couple of times but couldn't make it stick - until the little sprint at the end!

Always a bit mean out-sprinting someone's ghost I think as they can't react so apologies for that!

Now I am off the bike I feel fine!
Like you I couldn't breathe once I got to the top of the hill and feeling a little fragile too I thought I would back off and see if I could ride back into contention with bill and AAAC's ghosts. Well, you can see what happened to that

Cracking ride from you, great power and speed and really puts Andys and daddy pigs rides into perspective. Well done guys

Well I don't know about that Andy but yeah it was annoying - I couldn't find your ghost to add when setting up the ride or you'd have been there!

Too true! following some FB discussion i unplugged and then turned on turbo after last ride. i appreciate i lost a lot of wind on my ride earlier through farts and burps but it was like riding a different machine.
