Only have myself to blame this time, messed about changing tyres just before the session. Still haven't worked out what I've done wrong, but as you can imagine I'm pretty hacked off... sorry guys

DNF for me...

Edit - now going to get very drunk

Yeah, I know the feeling. Got home 4.45, daughter asleep so I'd thought I'd change wheel. Pump it up and bang, forget I had left the rim tape off when truing the wheel. Manage to sort out and add spare cassette, bloody Mrs pig phones up at 5.05, wakes daughter up. Mrs pig is given the old heave ho, daughter falls asleep, shorts and shoes on gloves nearly on as timer hits zero and off we go!
Tbh, I thought I'd ride until peppa woke up but still asleep! Sorry @bridgy , I tried to help but saw an opportunity towards the end.

No worries at all - I was hanging on to your wheel most of the time to be fair! I tried to take turns on the front as much as I could but you were just stronger than me.

I had hoped to get a bit of a tow from AAAC'S ghost as he caught up with me towards the end but he went past like a rocket and I had no chance!

Pleased to have gone a bit faster than Thursday considering no help from AAAC this time - credit mostly to you though D.pig! :notworthy:

Considering the watts I hammered out in the last 20 seconds you must have been flying considering you caught up! That was Fun with a capital F! ^_^
Won't keep the tyre change though, hit 11% and the thing just span out continually until gradient dropped! I had t slam the accelerator to catch up!

Quick question -- how tight does everyone tighten the the clamp that holds the bike into the bkool unit ?

Just so it clamps or tightened up enough that makes it hard to undo again ?
