Work commitments may keep me away but will try and be there.

Geoff, all this discussion about how the really strong guys can ride through bkool's foibles suggests to me they should be further handicapped! What do you say? I say it will serve them right for being so strong:tongue:
(and that includes bill and Andy)
Do the "strong guys" usually win on the road in the handicap races then?

In other news, I am hatching a plan to swap Bkool units with Monte for a week to test what differences - if any - we can perceive between units. Should be interesting to see if it appears to make any difference.

I've made it clear to him that if we swap places in the league ride as a result, he's not keeping my trainer ^_^

It's a good idea. I would like to do so a try a bkool trainer but I don't know any bkool owner in my neighborhood. I am also convinced there are differences between trainers. Mine is harder when it's going up and down or when the slope is coming from an old garmin device (by the way, I recommend the usage of this tool before uploading GPX to bkool: http://www.zysman.ca/biking/smoother/gpxsmoother.html#). Anyway, I think this is all relative. On a trainer, I am sure I am faster than cyclists who would beat me on real roads (and vice versa). I look forward to see the results of your swap.

Hold on a minute.... how come @bridgy gets 39 seconds over @AAAC 76C and fatty pig? I have a feeling i'll be the latern rouge this evening!
Because I don't complain about Geoff's excellent handicap system?

Also, because AAAC beat me by 40 seconds on this course when we did it in the Handicap League a month ago. I assume Geoff's put you with AAAC as you've been ahead of me with AAAC in the last two chaingang stages?!

Don't worry, looks like there's a nice long downhill section on this one which should suit you!

I'll look forward to that after I see @AAAC 76C 's yellow lycra disappear on the uphill. I've also done an 80km ride this morning so I'll be off the pace anyway!
