Looks like none of the High Handicappers are starting so no point in waiting an extra 3 minutes, I've rejigged the Start Times so everyone starts earlier!
I did consider putting @Soarerv8 at the back, but he has offered to lend me his "Man"...
To be fair, and I'm not known for being fair to @Soarerv8, his handicap is an handicap
Shame I can't make it tonight, I'd quite fancy my chances of not coming last ha ha

Jim, I don't think anyone is starting ahead of you, so it shouldn't make any difference at all, just saves you and everyone else waiting 3 minutes for no good reason! If anyone does start ahead of you, they have three minutes or so less of a lead, so you should overhaul them easy!
Anyone starting after you, has also moved up three minutes, and the gaps should be exactly the same, so no disadvantage to you or anyone else! You have exactly the same head start as originally...
