Is there a winter cup ride happening tonight as well? Might try to do them both if timing permits.
Looks like there is at 18.00 CET which I think is 5pm UK time. Looks like a much longer course this time - current leading time is 40 minutes

hi Guys, have been 'following' this group for a few months now but felt compelled to make my first post and offer Congratulations to Daddy Pig on his recent achievement, well done!, also to all the other members for their efforts both in the BKool Winter Cup and the M.G. and C.G. rides. I would kindly ask that you consider this post also as a request to join your esteemed company, Mountain Goats and Chain Gang. I do however have a few confessions that might influence your decision, 1. In my day i might have been considered a Yuppy. 2. I have no injuries to speak of other than a hernia, had 2 knee ops, broken arm etc. so you can be sure i won't seek an unfair unadvantage, (unless it's offered ;) ) 3. Wrong side of 60 but right side of 70. Best wishes

:welcome:

Good to have someone in my age band aboard - I'm sure one of the admins will get you added to the MG and CG groups. They usually ask for your Bkool User Name, if it is different to your forum id.

Enjoy the pain .

Just watched Pep Tache on Leg 2, because there was so many riders he didn't appear until a few miles to go. There was something wrong with his data, it was fixed at 130rpm, 46.5mph and 733Watts for ages. He caught the leader in a flash over the last mile

Maybe he pulled the power cable out when at a high speed knowing he would get a minute before the sim stopped the ride.

Cant believe he accepted that ride into the league! Most of the second half, the readings are flat-lining at silly Watts, speed and cadence. That just looks like when my Pro trainer went faulty. He needs to be told, Bill?!

You'll fit right in here. your list of past injuries is a good start but may need adding to or exaggerating, but you'll get the hang of it
