Try some stretching is the pain in one spot on both legs and can you literally put your finger on the spot where the pain is, if you can i had this and is worse when seated and any sort of small gradient would set it of and never went away even after a weeks rest.
Streaching could solve that problem, stand on 1 leg pull your foot so it touches your bum, is a good one and do other forms of stretching to help with the legs and back.

Last stretch I did was 2 years!

He is gifted with many things but curb appeal ain't one of them.
I'd sooner listen to Hugh Porter any day and most of the other bumbling idiots they have commentating cycling on every channel.
David Millar is a welcome addition but he is a bit bland as well.
I can't wait until Cav retires he would be great to listen to, nothing held back!

Had a go at CG 3 tonight and struggled. Those undulating courses don't suit me at all. @Jim Brown and @Soarerv8 , you've got me well beat on that course :notworthy: @Goldwolfie looks like I managed to beat you by 10 seconds .... but that hurt a lot :B)

I have to disagree with regards to David Miller - i love his commentary. I love the fact you know he's talking with real factual experience, and not just hypothesizing. I guess he can come across as bland, but I like his dry humour and honesty.

Let's go for it and get Sir Wiggins T.U.E. to commentate. That would be entertaining.

Young?? ha ha, I wish. Maybe young compared to Bkoolers, but at 46, touching 47, I'm far from young  But, you're only as old as you feel  and I feel pretty good these days having lost a bit of weight and the increased fitness due to Bkool:bicycle:

Why does that not surprise me?

1972, riding a bicycle on a public highway in the hours of darkness without compliant lighting in that the built in rear reflector was too small
They came down tough on things like that then.
I would have joined the Police rather than the Army had it not been for that criminal record!

Had one of the bolts come lose once when it came to unclipping at a junction my shoe just turned and wouldn't unclipped and over I went.
Looked and felt a complete arse luckily no traffic as on a country lane

I came off the very first time I came to a halt after fitting toe clips and straps (with training shoes) luckily it was on my parents front garden path after whizzing round the block to try my newly fitted mod.

I to like his commentary and insight but he is just a little bland for me.

Mind you at least he doesn't miss the obvious things that you saw and carry on gassing about it.
I remember well the year For Hushov won the World Champs but got caught as things heated up but whoever was commentating went on as if he was still out front.
