Make sure you get all the excess lube off your chain with a cloth or kitchen towel. Its very hard to deny it's your fault when there's a clear line of lube directly behind the trainer on the back room rug. This may or may not have happened to me...

Just had a look at your 'neck of the woods' on google... and I thought Dartmoor is remote! Sitka looks like a pretty amazing place to live!
So very true AAAC. It's worth it though because if I can stop myself spending I might be able to stop HID spending too so that would be a Win! Win! for me.

Ditto. I wonder if there's a maximum number of ghosts you can load up. If you had 200+ You'd basically be riding on a ghost conveyer belt!

You are working too hard @Whorty - I've been there and done that and can't say I miss it.
I can't often make the Saturday re-runs during the footie season as I'm usually watching the Wolves - which can be a lot more painful than the ride. Sunny Stoke this Saturday, so enjoy the 'pain' whenever you can make it.
All being well I'll be riding tonight, so my ghost should be available if you fancy a leisurely tootle.
Very kind of you AAAC. If you're still up for this hopefully we can get a group riding together and try to improve our times. I remember stage 4 from the summer cup and it was a bit of a nightmare with the steep hills and dead stops so I think it could be very hard to stay as a group but we can at least try. We should probably make it an every man for himself though so we can all give it our best shot. But if you are able to help AAAC, I'm sure it will be appreciated by anyone able to spend some time in your draft.
I think I'll start the ride by challenging the 10th place guy as marker so we have an idea of how we're doing.

Can you also add the ghost of the fastest so we know how far behind/ahead(!!!) we are?
Can you tell me how to add ghosts please? The only way I know is challenging someone.

I'm sure there are more experienced people who have done this however in the past what i've done is 'copied' the stage and then before editing the ride i've identified those people i wish to race against (ghosts) and then looked for their name in the list of cyclists and ticked the photo, this has added them to my ride, however this has been when i've ridden solo, am not familiar about doing for a group ride.
