Thanks for that reminder Paul, I'd forgotten about that. Hopefully bkool fixed it as we've not had that happen for a while, but just in case:
If the ride starts before the countdown reaches zero then we will go with it if it happens with less than 3 minutes to zero. If it happens before 3 minutes to go then exit the ride (and rejoin the new one I start) and we'll continue the warmup but only by the amount that is missed, so still the full 10 minutes in total.
Hopefully it'll be possible to restart the session again with all the ghosts as chosen. Fingers crossed.

Thanks for the response. I did notice it took one ride about 12 hours to show in my activities and since then they haven't saved at all. Maybe just a problem with bkool servers. The only difference is I started using a USB extension to get the ant + closer to trainer. I cant imagine that would cause any issues though.
With 25 ghosts there should be enough chances to chase or be chased. So does it really matter other than those signing in late to warm up.?

The usb extension helps to reduce interference which can affect the sim to pc ant connection.

Mwah.. can you pace yourself so you lap me on the flat please? That way I may be be able to gain a few seconds drafting..
I've looked at some of the graphs of the fast finishers on stage 4 and they were cresting the climbs at 25mph+ - Ahen I did it I crawled over each peak at 5mph...
That said, if I gain a little time tonight, it will have been worth it..

Warming up would still be important even if it's for 10 minutes, I'll be doing 20 minutes as a warm up.
