I used to love eating fresh rolmops when I used to visit 'friends' in Flensburg, North Germany.
Certainly removed the taste of the night befores hear from the palette.

Proper smoked kippers are also a delight. Although the last time I had them was over breakfast with a pint of Guinness.

If I know Pep he will blast off the last two stages in a dinner break and I'll be well behind him.
There is about an hour and twenty minutes total between me and the last guy in the last two stages so he stands to beat me by 10 minutes or so.
I might do some sneaky re-runs myself then.
I must create a plan!
