However the, Respect the Leader days seem to be going by the way . Last years Giro and this years, now here on a great stage that did not need this imo.

That's one of the best (and worst) TDF stages I've ever sat through. Start to finish - it had everything.

That's encouraging. I've just uploaded a session from BRVR to Bkool. Looking at the stats it says I average 198.8 over the 1hr 1/2 I did, I know bkool watts and all that.

It not that figure that pleases me though. It is the normalised power, 230w. Now ordinarily my avg pwr and nmld pwr are very close to one another <10w difference. To have a 30w difference is showing me I am going in the right direction, particularly when climbing . Onwards and upwards

Fantastic wasn't it! Too much to cram into the highlights show. Even the missus went from hanging around in the door way pretending she was doing other stuff to sitting on the sofa fully engrossed!

Did SC1 today at about Jim's and Whorty's time. Still not showing in the results though. I challenged DP and a mass of ghosts were there at the start. All of them beat me .
