That was shite for me, bsim wouldn't pick up the neo only the power meter part of it so i was on a virtual trainer for that ride took about 10 seconds to get any decent movement from the line so every one was at least 10 seconds ahead i was behind whorty, doing 250-300 watts felt like 600 watts and i know what 600 watts feels like, almost baild at 4 miles to go but kept at it to put in a time, even on the 1.9% incline to the line felt ridiculously hard.
So i restarted the neo and bsim and it picked up the neo and tryed it out on stage 2 massive difference so i will hopefully re do stage 3 tomorrow,

Good ride @AAAC 76C , I tried to keep up but only lasted about 500 metres...

I was cussing at you at one point because I so wanted your help to try and best Jacobs time and I was hanging back trying to get you to grab my wheel again but you obviously weren't up for it so I dug in again.
That was so hard on that last bit having put a few too many sprint efforts in going downhill trying to latch on to Randy's wheel but it just was not happening.
I think you can only accelerate into a wheel so you have to be careful not to overshoot or back off too early and I did both several times.
I didn't help putting too much effort into my warm up today either.

And what was with that last 50% descent, I drove into it and then backed off thinking I was going to plummet to the finish line but instead I went into an unbelievable slow free fall and watch my challenge of Jacobs time disappear in disbelief.

That was weird. I never saw you. It also added time to my finish. It shows me 6 minutes behind Whorty.

I was ahead of everyone and then DP flashed past me and I let him go, you were approaching more slowly so I tried several times to grab a bit of your air but it was just no happening. I saw everyone on the start line but only saw you DP and that other insurgent because we were out front.
I thought Jim was going to creep up on me but he fell back on that short rise in the middle, where I hoped I might catch you and DP but alas I didn't see you again until that long +1.9% which I manged to smash at a steady 420/430 BKW.

Too many miles this morning, only decided to join tonight at 5. Poor preparation. Thank you @Whorty for trying to encourage me. It wasn’t very pleasant ‘passing through’ @BILL S - what ever happened to overtaking? Who was Augusto? Lord he was fast downhill..

Phew.. I’m thirsty
I was going to try and drag you up to Augusto but I could sense your earlier ride had knackered you so I shot off. I could see that Augusto was chasing down another yellow blob (I had no idea where anyone was until I caught them up) and I guessed it was @Randyberlin so i set off in pursuit. Got past Augusto, and tried to get Randy onto my wheel but for some reason when he was behind me he kept shooting past. I'd have to then get past him again and slow down to let him on the wheel. We messed about for ages then I could see on the screen someone had joined us who I guessed was Augusto. As I had Randy on my wheel by then I tried to pull us free .... this worked fine and we dropped the interloper ..... at least this is what I assumed (as I couldn't see who was on my wheel) until the rider came past me, then I found out it was Augusto and we'd actually dropped Randy :banghead: He was still sucking my wheel so once I knew who it was I pulled away and wouldn't let him hang on, hoping he'd get tired and Randy would take him again :okay:

Anyway, once I finish and check results, I find Augusto had bailed right at the finish line, which is strange, but even stranger is somehow Randy's time was minutes slower than me! Even though he couldn't have been any more than 30 seconds behind me  Makes no sense. Any ideas?

I could see a red blob behind me but as the ranking list on the left wasn't working for me I had no idea who's blob was who's or any time differences. For the descent I could see a red blob and yellow blob ahead, but I assumed this was DP and Randy, but it ended up being Jim and this Augusto chappy.

A -ve 50% slope where you have to push hard to keep speed on :banghead:

My theory is on the 3 rides where time has been added this month I barely put out any watts when the blue numbers didn't make any difference in speed. It is like a slackers penalty. I really tried to take advantage of your tow but even at 1.9 % you were way stronger.

Edit. On my screen I was 1st until you passed me. Breedon and Jim were behind me. I didn't see any other names. Maybe they run on different servers?

Bkools reply to me this morning ... after I sent them this on Thursday...

Mmm not sure you've got it it up and running properly at the moment. It's currently got more bugs than a mound of termites...

Hey Andrew, that's why we've called in the pest control (the development team) to exterminate all the bugs!!!!!

And my appropriate reply...

Keep trying... TBH you are better off getting rid of the IT programmers. It's really starting to get ridiculous, does anyone at bkool actually use it? Is there no programme testing before it goes live or are we all bloody beta testers for you. Not even MS are this bad!

That's odd! Did you not see :mrpig:?
I eased off and you caught me; I was thinking we'd team up for a fast descent and then you raced off!
