Thanks for the support Tommy. I think it's pretty clear that there is a bit of an 'A team' and a 'B team' at the top of the league, with the likes of myself, Bill, Keith, JJ etc decidedly in the B team!- able to beat each other on any given day but not (yet!) at the level of those in front. But I'm sure whoever makes it into the NC team will fight for each and every point that they can get.
I feel I am slowly getting stronger. I've just tried NCQ1 again despite feeling tired after doing NCQ4 and was able to better my previous time. It's not quite 3 races in 3 hours which will be required for the NC though!

. I think you might be surprised in the nation cup bud. It looks a bit daunting on paper but if you add up the total mileage it’s just about bearable! The little breaks help as long as you don’t seize up. Maybe we were ‘lucky’ last year doing the velodrome last being as it’s flat. The team time trial will be a different challenge for sure.

I'm not sure at the moment.
I've just had a catastrophic electricity failure in my garage/bike cave and nothing is working out there.
Started when I had just begun WC stage 7. Must have been the incredible fairy dust enhanced power I was putting out!
Electrician is coming round at 8:00 tomorrow, so I'll know then if I'm going to be back up and running, or whether I can negotiate with HID a temporary transfer of the turbo to the kitchen/dining room!

When it comes to the above mentioned & Turbo Tommy, I say we give them the same points as the winner for any stages they haven't completed. Of course that doesn't effect myself and peterob as we've done all stages.

A decent extension cable should get you up and running if that's easier than moving the turbo into the kitchen.
But I'm sure those who made the team are taking it all in their stride

I know my time for stage 2 is very slow but I was doing my best. That's the stage I came last in the NC and it's obvious to me that that hill has got it in for me, so I'll not be doing it again. Got more fun things to do, like the handicap race, and cheering on our brave 5 later next month
