Yes, thanks for starting the race @BILL S!

@bert1971 you're first off at the end of the warm-up.

Geoff
Just need to go to the kit store and find an “hare” costume.

I'm now hoping to be there.

Electricity is re-connected to the garage!

Powerline and wifi have been a nightmare. Auto paired them, manually paired them, checked and re-checked settings, used an Ethernet cable instead of wifi to connect to the laptop............. swore at it............. and then it connected. No idea why it wouldn't connect.

So, as long as it's still working tonight I'll be there.

I joined during the warm up and the elapsed time was correct. ... although there was one occasision when I joined and the elapsed time was -ve ... I think that was when I joined after the chase had started.
I'll join the race about 7-05 and sit on the line until @Aleman goes and then I'll chase him down like a ferret down a rabbit hole (or some such other analogy). Then I'll draft him for all I'm worth as I'll be totally burnt by then :B)

@gbrown - I always enjoyed the Handicap chases you kindly setup, so I'm back on good old Bkool, to give it a whirl once more.

I've been off the turbo for most of the 2 months I've been away, due to a couple of dodgy knees (honest). The physio reckons it was probably brought on by the amount of time I spent kneeling, tiling a couple of bathroom floors. So I'm blaming Mrs GW, as I couldn't see anything wrong with the bathrooms in the first place.

The physio has said that was a good idea to build up the cycling, so I've had a few goes on Big Ring VR before signing up for a free month trial on Bkool.

I completed the Stouby course the other day in 41mins 36secs, so that I believe that would put me as one of the hares, along with Bert for tonight's chase, which hopefully I can make.

Also I have a new Bkool account (my old email address is now defunct) so I will need to rejoin the Cyclechat group. Could one of the admins remove my old account Goldwolfie (Team Cyclechat) and add my new account Goldwolfie so I can join in the fun, or should I say pain.

You're in ChainGang League. You will need @gbrown to accept you into the handicap league :okay:

Problems do show on the recording, at least to me as a spectator, I can't see what the actual riders see for elapsed time.

It seems that for anyone who joins during the warm up, when I selected the rider the elapsed time shows the time from the end of the warm up and the start of the race proper. This is apart from for a few riders, such as AAAC, where it is hugely negative:

Also, some riders, such as @bobinski, had an elapsed time much larger than the time the session had been running!

Basically, typical Bkool shambles! :banghead:

Geoff
My elapsed time showed fine for me Geoff

Looks like I'll be missing the chain gang tonight....I've just taken a tumble on my commute home. Bike slipped out from under me when taking a corner.

Finger looks bust and I can't change gear!

Bike is okay though!
