stuffed my handicap now though
i will regret the dust next time

I had no idea. All I could see was a JJrobinson green dot on the bottom hinting me down.

! do wish handicaps wouldn't get revised late in the day, I get in wit 10 minutes to the start, by the time I've changed, set the new laptop (works) up in the shed the warmups underway ... Join, and wait for @Whorty , although he appeared to disappear. Oh well never mind, shame he had to bail after all the trash talk Did my usual solo TT until caught by @JJRobinson, who was gracious enough to give me a good tow until past half way, @AAAC 76C and @bridgy were a blur as they went past, and it wasn't until the final 5K I suddenly discovered whorty had started earlier Couldn't let that stand, so picked up the pace, and quickly put it down again caught him with 1.5Km to go And it was goodbye from @Aleman

Well, that was different . Started with having to change tube 2 times, but just made in time to have a decent warm-up. But I couldn't get the music working, and finally realized that my phone connected to my car instead of my earphones . So got off and turned bluetooth off in my car and returned to my warm-up. Of course I forgot that having stopped pedaling I started the session so I flew off the starting grid. So I re-entered the session, but that kind of blew my warm-up as I had to stay still at the starting line.
Luckely I had a stopwatch going and you need to deduct 1:45 of my time Geoff.

Bkool was was more than 30 watt to low during the warmup (98 vs 130 in the picture), but that gap grew to 70 watts on the two first hills .

I decided to just do a sweet spot session at a constant 270 watt and that seems spot on in BKool.

Martyn thats joined in is my mate only justed had the turbo he will be joining us on cyclechat i said as its his 1st ride to go at the start hope no one object

I did think it might have been Martyn but wasn't sure - I expected him to be faster Was he just having a pootle tonight?
