I don't mind new of bigger teams. What we need however is commitment of all team-members to ride all stages. Past leagues saw some members not riding all stages. Team riding is most fun when we all compete, not when only a some members compete. There are still some red times at stages 3 and 4 to fulfil

I think the December league is closed but as I needed a ride and just for you cap'n - Dec. Stage 4 done 54:34, not sure if that includes warm up or not. I'm pooped that was hard.

I might only be able to do a couple of live races in January as I'm traveling for work but will try and get times and 👻 recorded for all. I assume it's ok to record times early for the ones I know I'll miss the live races? Maybe one day hotel gyms will have bike kit capable of online virtual rides, I'm pretty sure mine doesn't, also riding at 1AM isn't going to help too much either.

However I´ve deliberatey left the league open until until the Tuesday of the week following the last stage to allow people to catch up not just that week but any they may be missing.

Guys, I'm really 😥 that I won't be able to make it tonight. I've been riding a lot recently and I think may have overdone it and my old, very old body had said enough. It's way to get me to stop is to give me a cold so I have to rest and I don't think struggling to stay ahead of @BILL S ghost and ultimately failing in a freezing garage is the best course of action either physically or mentally. I'm pretty sure that a couple of days rest mean I'll be back to 100% by Saturday. I'll be watching and cheering on my team mates tonight but could somebody else start it? Thx.

I wasn't too far from the real @BILL S for maybe half the ride then it was your ghost and @microkid hunting me down 👇. Cheers bills ghost and microkid for keeping my heart in the 160s all the way and hitting 179 😬

Just done CG stage 1 and the trainer was absolutely ridiculous. On occasions I was out of the saddle, in the rear bottom ring sprinting up hill to attempt to hang on to @Goldwolfie who rode away from me to finish something like three minutes @head. I struggled to get over 200 watts. I’ve done that ride three times in recent years and tonight’s ride was almost ten minutes down on my best

Bill is about 8 mins down on a time he set previously. The new simulator is definitely harder but your ride doesn't seem right. Try again tomorrow for a comparison
