Also because for me, with the time zone, it would be at 7pm ...
But I think it is a difficult thing to establish a timetable that suits everyone.

I hadn't done a distance race in the velodrome before so figured everyone would go off like our Thursdays race so I sprinted the first lap before getting gobbled up by the peloton, managed to hang with them till for about 25mins before getting dumped out the back, not sure how it happened one second I was cruising along wiping salt out of my eyes next I was 10m adrift and falling away fast. So I hung onto the second bunch to the end.
It felt much harder than the watts suggest, good fun and a bit of variety to the rides, thanks for suggesting that. I'm working from home all this week so will try and get on the bike every night.
On my warm down I think I saw a certain dictator doing a million km/h on a descent.

Don't worry @shimceltic . @keithaitch has taken pity on us this week and given us a nice short 11 km so almost like having a rest week 
. I guess that means that next week's will be a toughie.

I was in the main group for about 20km doing 40km/ph then same thing I just slipped off the back and couldn't get back on

The beta version runs on a different backend. Notice the Winter Cup button at the top instead of the Flanders Classics ones.
You are only able to ride with other people riding in the beta universe. It's a lonely place most days.

What is this word rest?
