Every ride now (after 41days of lockdown riding) I think 'I'll have to take it easy, my legs are so sore!' but then we warm up and off we go again full beans... I've no idea how

My local pain in the legs, lungs and heart the last 5 kms did not
Good job staying clear! I thought you stayed with the powerhouse @AAAC 76C for too long and suffered from it, but I think you saved a little while I played the only hand I could and had no extra cash to spend the last km.

Well that was easier to plan than expected though i suspect the execution may be harder and perhaps literal! Tuesday, Thursday Saturday Chaingang rides, 1 handicap then two league, Monday Wednesday Friday bkool Marca league. I'll be riding them at 19:00 cet if anybody wants to join me.
